Delivery Terms
Laundry Lounge Noosa - These terms apply to our laundry collection and delivery services.
1. Collection & Delivery Windows
We will provide estimated collection and delivery timeframes at booking. These are indicative only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational factors.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delays.
2. Access Requirements
Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access for collection and delivery.
If we are unable to access the property:
• A re-delivery fee will apply.
• The laundry may be returned to our storage facility for re-delivery.
3. Risk & Responsibility
Laundry remains the customer’s responsibility until collected by our team.
Upon delivery, responsibility transfers back to the customer once the items are:
• Handed over in person, or
• Left in a nominated safe location as requested during booking.
4. Commercial & Holiday Properties
For Airbnb hosts, holiday rentals, or commercial clients:
• Clear labelling of linen is recommended.
• Accurate inventory counts are the responsibility of the client.
• Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours.
