& Conditions
By making a booking with Laundry Lounge Noosa (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if required due to operational capacity, safety concerns, or incorrect information provided.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
• Ensure all items submitted for service are safe to wash and dry.
• Remove personal items from pockets.
• Inform us of any delicate fabrics, special care requirements, or existing damage.
• Clearly identify items requiring special handling.
Laundry Lounge Noosa is not responsible for damage resulting from:
• Undisclosed special care requirements.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Manufacturer defects.
• Items left in pockets (including pens, tissues, cosmetics, etc.).
3. Uncollected Laundry
Laundry not collected within 14 days of notification may incur storage fees.
Items uncollected after 30 days may be donated or responsibly disposed of.
4. Service Timeframes
While we aim to meet all estimated turnaround times, they are not guaranteed and may vary due to volume, equipment maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.
