We are committed to delivering high-quality service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your laundry.
1. Service Issue
If there is a concern with your service, we will:
• Inspect the item(s)
• Offer to re-wash or reprocess where appropriate
• Provide a refund or partial refund if deemed necessary
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Normal wear and tear
• Shrinkage or damage due to manufacturer defects
• Colour bleeding from non-colourfast garments
• Items with pre-existing damage
2. Compensation Limits
In the unlikely event of loss or damage caused by our negligence, compensation will be limited to:
• The current fair market value of the item
•Or compensate you either the market value
Proof of purchase may be required.
3. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind once a service has commenced.
